Our Services

All of our services are provided free of charge.

Our trained volunteers offer respite care to care-givers who are providing
end-of-life care to a family member or friend.  Our volunteers generally
commit to one or two days a week for a couple of hours each time.  We
do take into consideration the needs of the client and the caregiver.

We offer bereavement services to our clients, their families, and community
members who are in need of such.

Summer time brings a three-day day-camp for kids ages 6-17 who have
experienced a loss.  This is staffed almost exclusively by volunteers.

Hospice has a great lending library full of educational books/DVD’s to
borrow.  We also have a variety of pamphlets available.

We have a loan closet of durable medical equipment persons may borrow
to make getting around easier.  People may also borrow equipment after
surgery, while in the area on vacations, when waiting for insurance to
cover equipment.  We have available on, a first come first serve basis, crutches,
front wheeled walkers, four wheeled walkers, wheel-chairs, bedside
commodes.

We also have, when available, disposable incontinence supplies.

Our staff is available to come speak to groups who would like more
information on any of the above.
